From 6 completed months, alongside continued breastfeeding. Start with Stage 1 (6–7 months), then move to Stage 2 at 8 months, Stage 3 at 1 year and Stage 4 at 2 years. Every pack shows its stage and start age.

How do I prepare it?

Most of our flours are ready in about 3 minutes: mix a few spoons with water or milk, stir well and cook on a medium flame until it bubbles. The exact steps for each product are on its pack and product page.

Some do, for example Cereal Mix Flour and Nuts & Seed Premix. Products with nuts always carry an allergen warning on the pack and on the product page. Please check it if your child has a nut allergy.

Between 3 and 8 months from the date of production, depending on the product. The best-before period is printed on every pack. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and close it tightly after opening.
